A Well-Balanced, Nutrient-Rich Shake
Each serving requires 200ml (1/3 pint) of water or milk, either hot or cold.
Pour some of the water into a large cup, mug or shaker and add 57g (4x heaped dessertspoons) of Foodlink Complete.
Take care when mixing with hot liquid, especially if you use a shaker.
Mix into a smooth cream with a whisk, fork, or in a shaker.
Top up with the remaining water or milk, stirring throughout.
One serving is equivalent to a light meal.
Two servings are equivalent to a main meal.

Naturally Oaty Breakfast
Mix a 57g serving (4x heaped dessertspoons) of Natural Foodlink Complete with 150ml of water, or milk.
Add 27g of Oats and stir.
Microwave on full power (750W) for 2 mins.

Soup of the Day
Make up one tin/packet of mushroom, tomato, or chicken soup.
Whilst the soup is heating, Mix a 57g serving (4x heaped dessertspoons) of Natural Foodlink Complete with a little hot water.
When the soup is ready, gradually add it to the Natural Foodlink Complete, stirring well - avoid boiling.

Vanilla Custard
Mix a 57g serving (4x heaped dessertspoons) of Vanilla Foodlink Complete with 100ml of water.
Add 100ml of ready made custard and stir.
As an alternative, why not try replacing Vanilla with Banana, Chocolate, or Strawberry flavoured Foodlink Complete.

Strawberries and Cream
Mix a 57g serving (4x heaped dessertspoons) of Strawberry Foodlink Complete with 150ml of water.
Add up to 50ml of single cream and stir.

Soothing Bedtime Drink
Mix a 57g serving (4x heaped dessertspoons) of Natural Foodlink Complete with 50ml of boiling water (be exceptionally careful if using a shaker).
Pour into your favourite mug, top up with boiling water and stir.
